✅ جميع المنتجات الرقمية يتم تسليمها خلال 24 ساعة كحد أقصى من وقت الشراء.
✅ يمكن للعملاء التواصل معنا عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لتقديم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، وسنقوم بمعالجة الطلب في أسرع وقت ممكن.
🔴 تنبيه هام بخصوص اشتراك يوتيوب بريميوم العائلي:
🚫 لا يتم تقديم أي ضمان أو تعويض على اشتراك يوتيوب بريميوم العائلي، سواء في حال تم إيقافه من قبل يوتيوب أو لأي سبب خارج عن إرادتنا.
📌 في حال توقف الاشتراك لأي سبب كان (سواء من طرف المتجر أو من طرف الزبون)، يتم تعويض العميل فقط عبر كوبون خصم يعادل قيمة المدة المتبقية من الاشتراك.
🔴 لا يتم استرجاع أي مبالغ مالية نهائيًا، والتعويض يتم فقط عبر كوبونات خصم تُستخدم في الموقع، ولا يشمل الاشتراك العائلي بأي ضمان.

🚫 No warranty or compensation is provided for YouTube Premium Family subscriptions, regardless of whether the issue originates from YouTube, the store, or the customer.
📌 If the subscription is interrupted or terminated for any reason, the customer will only be compensated with a discount coupon equivalent to the remaining period of the subscription.
🔴 No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and compensation will be provided exclusively via store discount coupons.
YouTube Premium Family subscriptions are not covered under any guarantee.
